There are no hidden fees associated with our membership. All services are covered, eliminating the need for insurance “co-pays” when visiting our office. Your insurance plan or Medicare will still apply for outside services, such as laboratory fees, imaging services, referrals, specialist consultations, and any other services in accordance with your personal policy.
